We reserve the right to alter specifications without notice and dimensional data is non-binding Images shown may not be true to scale or colour.

Title to goods is reserved until payment is received in full.

Order Processing

All orders can be placed by emailing orders@tyronesolutions.com

For courier services – orders should be placed by 12pm for dispatch to the UK on a 2-3 working day basis. However, some orders can take 24 hours to process depending on the volume of orders before being dispatched.

Returns Policy

The following conditions apply to customer-initiated returns:

  1. Returns must be no older than 1 month from the date of the invoice.
  2. Products must be returned in perfect condition and in original packaging allowing us to resell products again. If goods are not in resaleable condition our driver will refuse to uplift them.
  3. Special order items or non-stock items are non-refundable.
  4. All delivery discrepancies or damages must be reported within 48 hours.
  5. Goods returned by the customer without prior authorisation will be returned to the customer and no credit applied.
  6. All products returned where no mistake by Tyrone Solutions Ltd has occurred will incur a 30% handling charge.

Faulty Goods

All goods are accompanied by a one-year manufacturer guarantee.

Goods deemed defective will be replaced, repaired or returned for credit- No liability will be accepted for costs incurred for the removal of defective goods or refitting of replacements.

Your statutory rights are not affected.
